Hello,I'm Kasmin

Facilitator / Trainer / Creator

Over the past 25 years I have held various roles in agricultural extension, business management and administration, corporate and community governance, financial planning and insurance, project management, coaching and facilitation, and community development. These experiences give me a wide skillset and broad insights into the complexities that face individuals and businesses and has kept me grounded in the lived experiences and challenges facing our rural, remote and regional people and communities.

Alongside this, I have developed my skills in human capacity building and leadership development, consulting privately since 2014 before refining and creating Inner Boss in 2016 as a platform to bring simplified tools to workplaces and family businesses.

After 10+ years of designing and delivering workshops, developing programs and working with a variety of businesses in rural, regional and remote areas, I can cut the fluff and get to the good stuff.
